For hygiene and safety reasons, toys that have been used, chewed or damaged through normal pet use cannot be returned for change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is a problem with the product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos where applicable.
Where a product is faulty, unsafe, not as described, or otherwise does not meet the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as applicable.
