As our candles are made using natural coconut shells, variations in shape, colour, texture and natural markings are expected and are not considered faults.
Where a product is faulty, unsafe, not as described, or otherwise does not meet the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as applicable.
